• To generate a formal demand letter addressed to the relevant party (manufacturer, caller, debt collector, or credit bureau).
• To mail your demand letter via USPS Certified Mail when you request that service.
• To process payments for the demand letter ($39.99) and optional certified mailing ($4.99).

• To operate, maintain, and improve our services.
