Legatopia AI ("we," "us," or "our") provides self-help tools that help you assess consumer-protection claims and generate demand letters and other documents. By creating an account or using any part of the site, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Legatopia AI is a self-help tool and is NOT a law firm. We do not provide legal advice and using our tools does not create an attorney-client relationship. AI-generated documents may contain errors and should be reviewed by a licensed attorney before you file or send them.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the service. Provide accurate information and keep it current.

Generating a demand letter costs $39.99. Optional certified mailing through our mailing provider costs an additional fee, shown before you pay. Subscription plans (Pro and Premium) are billed monthly or annually until you cancel.

Payments are processed by our payment processor (Base44 Payments / Wix Payments). We do not store your full card details. Fees are for document generation and tools and do not guarantee any legal outcome.

You can cancel a subscription at any time from your Billing page — cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Because documents are generated and delivered immediately, paid letter and mailing fees are generally non-refundable once the document or mail job has been produced.

You retain ownership of the documents and information you upload. You grant us a limited license to process your content through our AI and mailing providers solely to provide the service you requested. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter.

You agree not to use Legatopia AI to harass others, file fraudulent or bad-faith claims, generate documents you know to be false, or violate any law. We may suspend or terminate access for abuse.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that any claim will succeed or that any document will achieve a particular result. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the service giving rise to the claim.

We link to and integrate with third parties — mailing providers, payment processors, government databases, and attorney referral partners. We are not responsible for their separate terms, practices, or performance.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version here and revise the "last updated" date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
